Junior Sales Associate – Fabrics, Wallpapers and Trimmings

Chelsea Textiles is seeking a creative and proactive Sales Associate to join our Pimlico Road showroom. A key part of this role involves maintaining the showroom displays and ensuring our trade clients and international agents are consistently supplied with the latest samples and collections.
You will act as a consultant to top interior designers and private clients, using our hand-embroidered fabrics, wovens, and wallpapers to help them develop cohesive design schemes. This is a hands-on role that requires a professional manner and a strong eye for colour.

Core Responsibilities
   • Sample & Showroom Management: Keep trade clients and showrooms updated with latest samples; maintain high visual standards across all displays.
   • Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to industry professionals and retail customers in person, via email, and by phone.
   • Order Management: Accurately process sales and purchase orders using Sage and coordinate with the warehouse for deliveries.
   • Team Collaboration: Work with the press and warehouse teams to support brand consistency and stock movement.

Package & Terms
   • Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm.
