Page 21: Patrick Kinmonth's love affair with Venice is nothing if not infectious. His memories of Palazzo Orfei - one-time studio of the great designer Mariano Fortuny - as it was in the 1970s would make anyone want to rush out and buy his own version of damask, a cloth with which the city has a rich association.
Designed for Chelsea Textiles, 'Venetian Damask' is printed on three types of linen and as wallpaper, both of which are available in six colourways. Shown here in Claret and Seafoam.
