Lysandros

In a careful reimagining of an antique textile from the Robert Kime archive, Lysandros is a sprawling, hand-embroidered vine replete with flowers, fresh blossoms, and clusters of plump, red berries.

"The document that inspired Lysandros is an open, naive needlework; we worked with Chelsea Textiles to preserve that authenticity in the new design. The wool threads in the original are quite coarse, likely made with what they had to hand and we wanted to be sure to keep that sensibility in the new fabric too."
